Terms of Use for Sivon

Welcome to Sivon. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sivon mobile application (the “App”) operated by Sivon ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Eligibility
Sivon is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App.

Description of Service
Sivon is a street dance recording and documentation tool that allows users to:

• Record and manage street dance sessions with images, time, and descriptions

• Browse personal dance history and records

• View street dance tips and informational content

• Upload and organize dance studio photos

• Create timeline-style albums for dance studio sessions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

User Content
You may create, upload, and store content such as photos, descriptions, dance records, and studio timeline entries ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You agree that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your uploaded content

• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

• Your content does not contain harmful, abusive, or illegal material

• Your content does not infringe intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Upload harmful, abusive, or offensive content

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App

• Interfere with App security or functionality

• Upload content that violates privacy rights of others

• Use the App to harass or harm others

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Sivon, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property
All App content, features, branding, design, and functionality (excluding User Content) are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Data and Storage
Sivon allows users to store dance records and related content. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your content. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, app removal, or other technical problems.

Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services to support functionality such as storage or analytics. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of content, or service interruption.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
